Hi all,

More info re the CAI AGM...

Nominations for positions must be received 7 days before the AGM. 
Proxies can be appointed up to 3 days before the AGM.
 
Members must be financial in order to cast votes at the AGM.  If you are 
unsure of your membership status - the CAI Treasurer,  Con Validas, 
should be able to assist.

The Agenda will follow the prescribed format as set out in the 
Constitution. (This is available at www.computerbank.org.au in the 
document repository).

An irc channel, #cai_agm will be convened on irc.freenode.net at 7pm on 
Friday 28th November 2003.
