Hi all,

Not all Vic volunteers are on the cai-vic list (only active ones) so I 
am reposting this here for others to see.

All State Coordinator's do have a copy of the GNU Volunteers guide (A 
Vic publication yes but with relevant policy that applies to all). I 
even received comments from you all.
