The ANZ / ET effort is something I am coordinating...so direct those 
queries to me rather then Penni - it is the earlier we did in ET that 
Penni is aware about.

Also Community Aid abroad were doing some work in East Timor - perhaps 
someone who was familiar with that - can give us a run down or point us 
in the right direction. :)
