Hi Kylie, Funny how perspectives and meanings vary - I have no problem at all with being called a 'recipient' because the term implies a transaction - although I would not like the term 'beneficiary' which implies a gift or gratuity - although like Bruce the term 'client' sits best with me :) Rgds, Don
