[Computerbank] Presidents report

I wasn't there so I shouldn't comment, but having read all the posts on 
here, if you think that the biggest thing to come out of the AGM was a 
failure to deal with a tied election, I think you have a problem.
Most of the comments go a lot deeper than just the vote, and your apparant 
failure to recognise that do not bode well for the organisation.
Constitutions, like contracts are only there for use when things go wrong, 
if people are working together the details don't matter.
