[Computerbank] update for Main CB webpage

Erm.... this is only a minor detail, and I hope this isn't taken badly, (I'm
chuckling as I write).  Was just looking at the Computerbank Main Homepage,
and under the section "Mailing lists and archives", and just prior to the
"Computerbank technical" heading, there is the statement:

"NEW- Just added 11/10/99 "

Maybe this should be updated. ;-)
