Hi Michael and Warren

The person we spoke to at the ATO suggested this wording was required to
help us gain Tax Exempt Charity status, therefore it probably needs to be
included. 

The SOP's were works in progress but I am now wondering with the time
constraints if we could have the committee choose 2 or 3 and get the
members to vote on them at the SGM on the 28th October.

Computerbank needs to resolve this as the SOP is crucial to our quest for
Tax Exempt Charity status. 
 
I understand that you have limited time so this maybe a solution to our
SOP problems and would allow us to have an SOP that is voted on by the
membership.
