Who did we help first in Victoria?

Remember the Filipino Community Council of Victoria got some of our
computers? Were they the first group we helped and what did we do for them
again?

On the computing page of their site they don't list us or Linux. Who talks
with them for us, can we get that? That's if you think we should.
