Further to my comments yesterday with how the Linux consultancy business 
could better serve the not-for-profit sector, a report available from 
www.volunteersonline.ca may have some information of interest.

"From Access to Applications: How the Voluntary Sector is Using the 
Internet" is based on studies in Ontario, but contains timely information 
wrt not-for-profit use of the Internet, pointers as to the gaps in their 
use, and how the ICT industry could fill those gaps.
