[Cbsupport] axxs org site and status of things

Hello all,

The axxs site is test and development only - the link will soon change.

For forms on there - please DO NOT distribute - forms have undergone 
changes.

When the site goes live - the application form needs to be password 
protected - to prevent everyone in the world from getting it and sending 
it in, saves us a big adminsitrative nightmare.  The info sheet can and 
will remain on the site - but the form will not. It has to be requested.

If you need to tell someone how to get our forms - they can send in a 
stamped self addressed envelope - addressed to the applications 
coordinator. Our address is 92 Rosslyn St West Melbourne. 3003. We ask 
ppl to send in SSAE because we have no money and this helps reduce our 
operational costs.

I repeat - our information sheet and application form has changed, in 
light of new information required to be in it and in light of 
experiences we have had. The forms on axxs org are OUT OF DATE.
