And if the help doesn't get installed, I'm not able to gleefully say "Read
the Help!" and then bash you over the head with a clue-bat ;-) Installing
applications for end users, especially the type of end users ComputerBank
have, without the appropriate help files being in place could lead to
extra support work and frustration.

It is - even I end up using the OpenOffice help when I can't work out how
to do separate columns or such.
