[Cbsupport] need a system disk for comp

This is Terri Worthington using brother's e-mail account until her computer gets up and running.

I am wrighting like you suggested to ask you to send me a system disk on line (the one who's power supply fried recently).

I have a dial-up internet account. What difference this makess i am not sure.
