[Cbr2021] Meeting time.

  Thanks for running this. I think it's a really good result! I'll enter it
in the LCA2022 calendar RSN, (But as a sneak-preview - We'll be meeting at

  As you'll see from other emails, Rob, Neill and I had a meeting with Sae
Ra and Joel from Linux Australia about the relative practicality of
fully-online, fully in-person and "hybrid" events. I think they've got some
good points to make, so I'm inviting them along too.
