Position  Overview:  To  provide first-level support to staff and students using
the Institute's Local Area Network and its links to the Wide Area Network.

Essential  Criteria  include:  Demonstrated hands-on experience with the use and
maintenance  of computer technology within a networked computing environment. An
understanding  of  and  ability  to explain technical matters in concise, simple
language,  both  orally and in writing. Demonstrated capacity to work within the
social,   political   and   cultural   environments   of  Indigenous  Australian
communities.
