[Announce] [Linux-aus] LCA2017, formal call for bids

Whoa, where does time go!

We're about to enter into the last week for accepting bids for LCA2017.
If you haven't already, now is the time to get serious about running one
of the best open source conferences in the world! Please see below if
you're interested in getting involved.
