[Announce] Notice of Annual General Meeting Wednesday 8th January 1730hrs

This is a third and final call for agenda items for the AGM to be held 
on January 8th. .
The agenda will be compiled and published this week.

If discussion points, questions to Council or items would like to be 
raised in confidence I am happy to raise them as a proxy.
