LUGS to do top-notch recording and streaming*". This would be done by
providing both in-person and online consulting to the conference teams;
including things such as recommendations of vendors; advice on setup, and
volunteer training. They would also be in charge of managing an inventory
of devices and parts purchased to facility this job plus administration of
any servers which would be used. Finally, the subcommittee would be in
charge of development of software and hardware tools which fit the goal and
make life easier through requesting grant funding (similar to the ZooKeeper
committee).
