Hello John

I found your name and email address on TasLug hoping you may be able and 
willing to help me out with a little issue.
I'm in Richmond BC Canada. I have been supporting my sister-in-law's 
linux laptops for years remotely via Teamviewer or NoMachine. But 
recently both programs have failed and for the first time I can not 
connect to her desktop. She's in the Rokeby area of Hobart. She's a 
senior and asking her to do things on the laptop is not feasible. I'm 
wondering if you or someone in the area would be willing to go help out 
a fellow linux user? If so, I'll supply her cell number and take it from 
there.
