[Taslug] Hobart coordinator needed

Hi Dennis,

The github.com/taslug group was created by me to put any group work there.

Also, right now the website is an old gnusocial instance, but I did consider moving it to a Jekyll static site which can be hosted (and thus free) on Github or Gitlab pages.

The process stalled converting the old wordpress and gnusocial content to Jekyll blog posts, but I will still accept pull requests for this.
