May I humbly submit the weekend, two weeks before Christmas (10th or 
11th), and at a park somewhere for a luncheon BBQ type thing? The week 
nights tends to get crazy busy for many people between work and family 
commitments and the weekend before Christmas is also usually crazy. A 
weekend casual feed may be more easily doable for many and people can 
come and go as they please and we just have a general ketchup (hah get 
it okay I'll get my coat now...)
