[Monitoring] LCA monitoring tools mentioned

I've been playing with riemann.io and think it may well be what we end up using for alerting in some cases.. It's worth spending some time learning.. the support seems to be excellent as well. 

Another monitoring tool we have been using is Nagios Business Process plugin - http://bp-addon.monitoringexchange.org/
