There are a couple of ways to approach this - the easy bits will
take an hour, but we did 3 x 3 hour sessions to cover CiviCRM's
functionality. So this is elastic - to be more accurate I need to

Unfortunately I don't have time this week to find and book a room,
but there are plenty of student areas at ANU in cafes / coffee
shops. If it's just three of us we should be able to find space on
