Something along the lines of;<br>

'The Rusty Wrench team has decided not to call for nominations this year'<br>

but that doesn't really come across well.<br>

I think that LA is in a bit of a predicament - the Rusty Wrench is seen<br>
as an LA award but we don't actually control it.<br>
