renaming your subcommittee to something along the lines of
"Publicity and Outreach Subcommittee" would be a good move. </div>

media followings and attract new members. While I'm sure
you'll get some hate with this name (IE "LA doesn't need a PR
committee") but I'm confident those people will hate on
anything and I think it will be positive for more "mainstream"
members. This name even bakes in a mandate to be proactive in
growing and actively doing new things while "Media and
Communications" is a lot more passive.</div>
