I was kind-of hoping we could tie this in with Russell's "easy-come, easy-go" ideas for subcommittee lifetime discussed at the F2F. Maybe: Any subcommittee must generate a blurb and a member list every year (Even if it's just a C&P of last year's and if the member list gets out of date within that year). If Kathy's in CBR over the break, maybe we could have a "mini F2F" to discuss? M0les.
