[Lugcomms] IRC LUGs meeting Tuesday 28th

Hi All,

After some discussion about possible changes to meeting time/day for the
IRC channel, we arrived at the conclusion that a wiki would be a good idea
as a communication medium, especially as a way to collect hints and tips on
establishing and running a LUG.

Mr. croy has put his hand up to establish same, and in due course he will
let eveyone know (via these email lists) that it is available for your
contributions!

If anyone wants the log of the meeting, drop me a line.
