Hi everyone,

I took a few notes from the face-to-face meeting at LCA in Hobart on
Tuesday 20 Jan. These are by no means comprehensive, but it should be
enough to get us started.

* have a face-to-face (f2f) meeting 1-2 times per year
	- one at LCA
	- one dedicated LUGComms f2f
* focus on virtual communications first
	- we already have a mailing list
	- set up a wiki, etc. (ride off LA resources?)
* form links within a region (e.g. SLUG-LOGIN-SCLUG)
	- use common infrastructure (mailing lists, etc.)
* fund one international speaker to tour through groups throughout the country
	- easier to do with LCA attendees since they're already in the country
* LA should improve its perceived relevancy to LUGs
* LUGComms needs better publicity
	- many LUGs are still oblivious to it
