It's Grant Petch from Adelaide, just letting you know that I will be going
to LCA 2009 in Hobart!  Yes, it would be a great idea if a face-to-face
Lugcomms meeting was held at LCA, even if there aren't heaps of people
wishing to attend it still would be a good idea to hold it so that the
people who are there can meet each other in person - I feel that we need to
start somewhere in regards to this type of meeting.  So yes please place my
name down on your list of people wishing to attend the Lugcomms face-to-face
meeting!

Just as another separate idea it might be worth while considering to hold
another face-to-face Lugcomms meeting in Sydney during CeBit, as the AGM for
OSIA is held during this same time??  Just thinking that there maybe some
Lugcomms people floating around the place??

In regards to the Linux Australia AGM, it might be better to hold it before
the Open Day starts on Saturday 24/1/09, as a number of people looking at
the travel wiki will be flying out of Hobart duruing the course of the
afternoon.  My flight back to Melbourne leaves Hobart at 1505hrs, but there
are people on flights both earlier and later on than this.

Anyway look forward to hearing back from you in regards to the above.

Can't believe LCA starts in a little over a week!

Who of you is going, and who is not?

Wondering if we have enough to convene our first Face to Face meeting?

The Linux Australia AGM will be held somewhere sometime on Open Day
 (Sat Jan 24)  So before or after this might be good?
