Hi all,

Thanks to all of you who kindly followed my polite request to piss off
from the channel - I have now registered, and installed ChanServ to
gently watch over it in our absence...

which means - I would very much like to invite you all back to the
channel to lurk in absence if that's your thing, or drop by to say hi
whenever.

Part of this crusade for inter-lug communications rests on just keeping
comm channels open - and in the case of the IRC channel at freenode -
that's quite literally the case.  (Is anyone having trouble connecting
to IRC? should I post more useful instructions somewhere?)

I think last night's meeting was a good, and encouraging start. It's
even kinda nice to hear people say they're sorry they missed it. :)

Next meeting - Tues May 27 - 8pm EST 7:30 CST 6pm WST (10am UTC)

Steve and Paul - I'll get on to the LA website lug info updates
tomorrow.
