<p>auDA is seeking Expressions of
Interest from suitably qualified
individuals to join the
Policy Review Panel (‘the
Panel’) for a 12 month
period. The Panel will examine
and make recommendations on
the implementation of Direct
Registration and policy
reform. </p>
<p>The first stage for the Panel
will be to
develop, in conjunction with
public consultation, the
implementation policy for Direct
Registration. The second
stage will review existing
policies (<a
href="https://www.lists.auda.org.au/lists/lt.php?id=e0sHCAZEAVQPGVMLUgkCBg"
target="_blank"
moz-do-not-send="true">Published
Policies</a> and <a
href="https://www.lists.auda.org.au/lists/lt.php?id=e0sBAgBEAVQPGVMLUgkCBg"
target="_blank"
moz-do-not-send="true">Guidance</a>)</p>
<p>auDA is seeking
panellists representative of a
wide variety of backgrounds
and experiences. In selecting
the panellists, the Panel
Chair will seek to achieve a
fair balance of stakeholder
interests, taking into account
applicant skills, experience
and knowledge of the domain name
industry.</p>
<p>The Panel
will consist of up to six
members, other than the Chair,
including:</p>
<ul>
<li>at least one supply and one
demand
class member;</li>
<li>a peak business body
representative;</li>
<li>a consumer protection
representative;</li>
<li>an academic with experience
in internet or domain names;
and</li>
<li>a
representative of a government
regulator.</li>
</ul>

The closing date for EoI
responses is <strong>5.00pm
