Hi Noel,

I think you missed my point. If a complaint was raised in
correspondence with the constitution the council would need to
determine if it has jurisdiction, seeking advice if required, and
act appropriately (within the constitution).
Cheers,

You are trying to claim jurisdiction over what is entirely

Noel,
We're not trying to assert that mail sent privately (after
initiating from a list) should be made public or subject to
certain restrictions. Simply this reinforces clauses 10, 11
and 12 of our constitution[0] that it may be cause for a
complaint to be made about a member.

I hope that helps.
Cheers,

Sorry, but as one who has been on the receiving end of
several abusive private msgs related to things I have said
on-list over the times, even I know that you can not do
this, private direct mail is private and unrelated to LA.

Before trying to assert yourself as god himself, you best
obtain "real" legal advice before contemplating anything
like this, I have seen an instance where a organisation
tried this, and they were slapped over in court, now it
might have been in U.K., but since our legal system is
based on the westminster system still AFAIK, expect much
the same outcome here.
