We're not trying to assert that mail sent privately (after
initiating from a list) should be made public or subject to certain
restrictions. Simply this reinforces clauses 10, 11 and 12 of our
constitution[0] that it may be cause for a complaint to be made
about a member.<br>

and they were slapped over in court, now it might have been in
U.K., but since our legal system is based on the westminster
