(ie - teams, LA admin team, council, etc), it was always<br>
'<a href="http://lca20YY.linux.org.au" target="_blank">lca20YY.linux.org.au</a>'<br>

For some reason, there was one created for 2011, and then the<br>
expectation somehow arose from delegates that it would exist for future<br>
