There were two matters that due to our obligations under the National Privacy Principles had to be discussed, but not disclosed. By minuting the discussions as 'in camera', we've tried to balance being as open as possible while ensuring our legal (and moral) obligations are upheld.<br>

However, if the community would prefer not to be advised about these matters, we'd be happy to alter the format of minutes - we represent, and work on behalf of the community so will be guided by feedback here.<br>
