Just a heads up for those wanting to head off to Europe mid year and<br>
wanting to make it business as well as pleasure. This international<br>
conference held in Poland might be just the thing. Please pass this on<br>
through your networks.<br>

The conference theme is: "learning while we are connected" and confirmed<br>
speakers include Mitchel Resnick, Professor of Learning Research at the<br>
MIT Media Lab, who develops new technologies and activities to engage<br>
people (especially children) in creative learning experiences, author of<br>
Scratch programming language, and George Siemens who is an educator and<br>
researcher on learning, technology, networks, analytics, and openness in<br>
education. He is the author of Knowing Knowledge, an exploration of how<br>
the context and characteristics of knowledge have changed and what it<br>
means to organizations today, and the Handbook of Emerging Technologies<br>
for Learning.<br>
