Bret,<br><br>Your apparent definition of "Denial of Service Attack" certainly is outside normal usage.<br><br>All that Google have done is refused to redirect people to your site - anyone having your direct URL I'm sure good browse your site without any hindrance. Clearly the code on your site (according to you now fixed) was able to do bad things to innocent users. Thanks goodness Google are responsible enough to at least give people warning (and a choice).<br>
<br>If you turn the telescope around the other way, you would see that Google are trying to help you restore their confidence in their site. As others said they have provided a methodical way (that presumably is cost effective on their part) to do that. A listing in Google's search costs you nothing, so obviously they can't be as interactive as you might want.<br>
<br>I can't imagine Google's intentions are anything other than trying to just tidy up the litter a little bit. <br><br>Of course if you believe they are operating illegally or in some other anti-competitive fashion, and have good solid evidence for that, I'm sure there are a number of legal or regulatory options open to you. If you don't have anything concrete - then we also don't want to hear your rants here.<br>
