[Linux-aus] Fwd: Linux Australia and the link to New Zealand

I think that this is a decision for the New Zealand members to make, and 
not for anyone else to decide what to call our country.
I would like to initiate a discussion with the intent to deliver a 
resolution to the LA council to use a title that is acceptable to all of 
us Kiwis.

In the spirit of inclusivity, I would like to advocate for us referring 
to the country in question as Aotearoa New Zealand in recognition of 
both decolonial efforts and Māori heritage.
