Hi Everyone,

This is your friendly neighbourhood Session Selection Committee
Co-Chairs, Donna Benjamin and Sae Ra Germaine. Firstly we would like to
thank all those who have submitted a talk for Everything Open 2024. We
are looking forward to reviewing them all. We have had a quick chat and
would like do a few things to support those who may be interested in
submitting a proposal.

* Run a "Write Here, Write Now" session on Sunday 26 November 2023.
Please register your interest here: https://forms.gle/3CBFJiwPudWPRfsU6
** This session will be a focused activity session where we will provide
advise, guidance, and focus to complete your submission, with
checkpoints if needed.
** Once you have registered we will send through a link to join us on
Sunday with a calendar invite.

* Given that the "Write Here, Write Now" session is on Sunday 26th this
means that we are extending the Call for Sessions a few more days to
make sure everyone has an opportunity to submit.
** Call for Sessions is extended to 11:59pm on Thursday 30 November 2023
anywhere on earth (AoE).

If you have any questions regarding your submission please don't
hesitate to contact Sae Ra or Donna via contact at everythingopen.au

Looking forward to seeing those proposals flood in!

Donna and Sae Ra
