[Linux-aus] Constitutional Change to add Statement of Objectives into Constitution

I just logged in and voted,
and the response after I cast my vote was:

"You've successfully voted in an election."

It also says that if you vote (again) then it replaces your previous vote.
So yes, it's possible to repetitively vote on the same election, it just
revises your previous vote.
Or so I gather.
