[Linux-aus] Social issues mailing list

Is it feasible to have a "social issues" mailing list that once a diversity
or social issue like photography rules gets brought up on the main list,
further discussion which is not an actual policy suggestion (which has
received support on the separate list) will not be accepted on the
linux-aus mailing list.

I'm not suggesting moderation, just a policy that people can point to and
say this discussion breaches our community guidelines.
