Thanks so much for taking the time to provide feedback Ian - very much 
appreciated. The efficient and effective operation of LA is an important 
role - and one that all of Council shares - and strong secretarial 
support is absolutely a requirement for this to occur. I'd also like to 
underscore your point - and echo the thanks to all Council members - we 
have made a complementary, professional and respected team - and one I'm 
very proud to have been a part of.
