[Linux-aus] Victorian Dept of Justice telling public to download Open Office

Small but encouraging move!

On their website, the Victorian Dept of Justice is telling the public to 
download OpenOffice in order to fillup a pdf form.  Admittedly they also 
suggest Adobe Reader, but to officially mention and advise to use 
OpenOffice is a great step!  We ought to congratulate them!.
