That latter version is the way I read the proposal. I'd be supportive
of such an undertaking as long as the groups in Melbourne do actually
talk to each other and help each other use the equipment. Maybe
Melbourne WordPress group can offer a training session for other
groups as part of this (e.g. for LUV) and thus help them get started.
