[Linux-aus] Grant Proposal: Formal LA (+ OSIA?) response to DFAT on TPP

Per Randall's discovery below, I propose that someone like Pia (for a
policy view) or Brendan (for a legal view) be sponsored to draft a formal
response to this for LA. We could seek support from OSIA too?
