[Linux-aus] Declaration of election

Hi Council,

It's just been brought to my attention that members of LA who aren't
on the Linux-aus list have not received a notification of the
election.

Would it be possible to send future election announcements directly to
the membership, or alternatively, set up a membership announce list,
solely for elections?
