If they agree with parts of your agenda?
For example if they agree with the more subcommittees stuff, but completely
disagree with the LCA changes.
Its unlikely that they'll agree with everything. I think you need to be
able to work with that and find common ground, which will get more of your
agenda enacted than resigning.
