This is a bit confusing:

> Make the conference less top-down-organised and more "unconference" style. The conference
provides the space, attendees organise their own activities.
> Of course, there will still be 50 talks, 5 miniconf streams, 10 tutorials, and 5 keynotes.

So, these latter activities are still organised by the papers ctte? Or
is that what you expect the attendees to come up with in their
unconference unorganising?
