[Linux-aus] Minutes of teleconf 31 October 2012

For various reasons, including temporary geographic dispersal with
concomitant time zone irregularities and including prior commitments
coupled with again, time zone mismatches, the LA Council tonight did not
achieve a quorum for our fortnightly teleconference.

Therefore, we have no meeting minutes to publish.

There are some matters in need of our attention as soon as possible, so the
Council will endeavour to reconvene at the earliest mutually agreed
opportunity to resolve them.
