Reading this again, I may have misinterpreted: okay, if it's being
sent on behalf of LA, then the LA committee wouldn't need to request
access pursuant to that section, they have a right to just look at the
thing directly. In which case, yes, the reference to newsletters
should be removed (although the other things listed in that section
are still potentially useful e.g. for SGMs).
