[Linux-aus] Should Linux Australia change its name?

I actually like this, except "Alliance" should be "Australasia"
Combined with Russell's idea of a parent entity with a prominent LA
brand, I think this could work (ie. FOSTA is the SPI, LA is the
Debian).
